ISO Accreditation

GAAPS International has gained accreditation to the global standard ISO
9001:2000. This is in recognition of its commitment to providing a quality
service and an efficient and enjoyable working environment. The ISO 9001
standard defines a format for a quality management system that has clear
business objectives and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our quality
system is independently audited by an internationally recognised United Kingdom
Accreditation Service (UKAS) approved certification body.
We undertook 5 phases in order to gain accreditation. Phase 1 involved working
with business consultants, producing process-mapping techniques regularly
assessing our quality business processes and comparing them against industry
'best practice'. Phase 2 involved initiating any changes to achieve that
standard, as well as drafting a Quality Policy Manual supporting outlined
monitoring and measurement procedures.
During Phase 3 procedures were reviewed and agreed by our consultants, while
Phase 4 involved ensuring their adherence, carrying out internal audits on our
systems. In Phase 5, we applied for and were successfully registered to ISO
9001, proving GAAPS commitment to providing a high quality service to clients
and candidates alike.
Our intention was and continues to be, to go beyond the industry standard,
building on that base to reach excellence.
To this end, we value your feedback.
