Capital Management Actuary

Exclusive opportunity for a Capital Management Actuary to join a newly established actuarial department.

We are looking for a qualified actuary with significant insurance experience. You will be part of a core team and therefore team-playing and communication skills are essential.

You will:
- Take ownership, develop and improve the ICA insurance model
- Become the in house technical expert on Solvency II and develop capital management tools and processes for the Solvency II regime.
- Review the QIS4 calculations, and complete QIS5 assessment.
- Develop processes for the regular calculation of capital requirements using the standard formula approach.
- Deputise for the Actuarial Manager.

Knowledge of risk management techniques and reporting is desirable.
